Multiple Site Sponsor – Triennial Assessment

As part of our commitment to student health and wellness, Scio School District has
completed its Triennial Assessment of our Local School Wellness Policy (LSWP)(File Type: PDF). This
report outlines our progress in promoting student well-being through nutrition education,
physical activity, and overall wellness practices in alignment with USDA regulations. It
includes a comparison to the model wellness policy, an evaluation of school-level
compliance, and specific steps we’re taking to improve. If you would like to join this
